Embraced by Nicholas Bella5/25/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() She is survived by her children, Carl McDonaldson, of Newar, Debora McDonaldson, of Howard, David (Mary) Miller of Cochranton, PA, Cindy (Bill Parks) Hottinger and Delila (Tammy Porter) Dusenbury, both of Newark grandchildren, Amber (Dave) Garrett, Jared (Chasity) Hottinger, and Jessica (Eric) Garvin, all of Newark, Darius Miller of Cincinnati and Jolene Miller of Cochranton, PA great-grandchildren, Macy, Bella, Alexis, Nicholas, Gracie, Haven, Jillian, Jenna, and Sophie brother, Joseph (Mary) Estep of Heath and sisters, Joyce Lakes and Phyliss McDaniel. She also volunteered at the Columbus Colony Housing for the Deaf. ![]() She was an active member of the OSDAA, the Deaf Seniors Christmas Committee, the Columbus Deaf Anglers Club and the Ohio School for the Deaf Athletic Booster Club. She loved shopping, traveling with her husband. She had a creative personality and always made people around her laugh. She treasured her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. She was married for 52 years to her loving husband, Louis Dusenbury. She attended the Ohio School for the Deaf in Columbus, Ohio. ![]() Grace was born in Franklin, Ohio on September 18, 1931, to Roscoe (Evelyn) and Alma (Ballinger) Estep. Grace (Estep) Dusenbury, 91, of Newark, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on September 24, 2022. ![]()
